Ming founded ML Tax Solution in August of 2005. As a member of CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants and the IPA, Ming has provided quality accounting and tax advice across a wide range of industries such as property development, international trading, retail & hospitality industry, professional services, and more.

With more than 20 years of business experience, Ming has a deep understanding of the needs of SME businesses and high net worth individuals. She believes that the right business structure, careful pre-planning, ongoing advice and performance monitoring are the key to help our clients reach their wealth creation goals.

As a first generation new migrant herself, Ming has experienced all the anxieties of adapting to a new culture and a society. As such, Ming has devoted much of her time in providing accounting & tax advice to new migrants in the Chinese community. For many years 3CW radio station has invited Ming to talk about all aspects of accounting on a weekly basis. Ming also presents seminars on a regular basis with different business organisations.

Outside her working life, Ming has a loving family and is a proud mum of two children. Listening to music and enjoying tasty cuisine (often home-cooked by her husband!) is her favourite way to relieve her daily stress.
